Overview

CHS is seeking dedicated and skilled Production/Manufacturer Workers to join their client's team in Export, PA. If you have a passion for working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess warehouse experience, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to production processes while working in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist in the assembly and production of products according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Monitor production processes and report any issues to the supervisor.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience is required.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Schedule & Pay Rate:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (with opportunities for overtime) – $16/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (with opportunities for overtime) – $17/hour
