• Competitive hourly pay ($40 - $46 per hour based on experience and skill level)

• Bonus potential of up to $60 per hour with performance-based incentives

• Perform a full range of  vehicle maintenance and repairs from routine services to complex diagnostics.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

• Work closely with  service advisors to communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers.

• Ensure a  clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with dealership and industry standards.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging automotive technologies through continuous learning and training.

• Minimum  five years of experience as an automotive technician

• Strong  mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills

• Proficiency with  modern automotive tools and software

• Excellent  problem-solving and communication abilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma required (technical school or certifications preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
