You’ll work alongside licensed PTs and PTAs, learn from every session, and be part of a team that invests in you from day one. About Oaklin Lane Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms. At Oaklin Lane, sensory integration is core to how we practice. All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline. What you’ll do Help PTs and PTAs prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions Support therapists during sessions — managing equipment and keeping the environment safe Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day Help with patient flow, including walking families to and from treatment areas Keep an eye on inventory and flag when supplies need to be restocked Help keep the clinic feeling like a place kids actually want to be Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s culture Pitch in on admin and operational support as needed Why this role at Oaklin Lane A space built for the work. The role you play here — the one that keeps the gym running — is the same role we’ll need at every clinic we open next. Who you are You are: Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented Interested in pediatric healthcare, PT, kinesiology, or a related field Great with kids, or excited to be A strong teammate who brings good energy to every session Physically able to lift, move, and assist with equipment safely You bring: High school diploma or equivalent Experience with children (a plus, not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills What to expect Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekends Subsidized Health Care Plans + Free Vision + Free Dental 401(k) with employer match Paid CEUs, licensure, and certification renewal All therapy materials and supplies provided Mentorship and a clear pathway for career growth In-person at an Oaklin Lane clinic Come see what we are building The first move is the hardest one — we’ll take you through the rest.
