Marketing & Communications Specialist

The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the day-to-day implementation of marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for Orange City Area Health System. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this position produces accurate, engaging, on-brand content and materials across print, digital, and traditional channels. The specialist helps manage incoming requests, timelines, and production details, so the department can consistently deliver high-quality work while advancing organizational marketing priorities.


This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys creating and designing, organizing multiple projects, and collaborating with colleagues throughout the health system. The specialist executes projects under the direction of the manager and contributes ideas and improvements to strengthen the department's work.

Education Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design, or a related field.


Experience Requirements:


1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations preferred. Experience in a healthcare or nonprofit environment is a plus.
