Marketing Executive Assistant to the Chief Brand Officer
Reports to
Chief Brand Officer
Purpose and Objective of Position:
Provide administrative support and direct assistance to the Chief Brand Officer to enhance efficiency and productivity
Key Accountabilities:
- Work alongside Chief Brand Officer to implement Marketing and Advertising solutions for Pizza Ranch Inc, and Pizza Ranch restaurants
- Develop, execute, & Support Tropical Incentive Program
- Support the administrative, scheduling and communication needs for meetings, webinars, appointments, conferences. Create slide decks as needed.
- Develop and deliver key projects and reports
- Create, edit, and proof communications
- Assist in organizing and planning annual marketing plan roll-out meeting, bi-annual FAC meetings, and quarterly Co-op president meetings.
- Provide feedback, minutes, and follow-up for key meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements as neededincluding booking flights, vehicles, and hotel reservations
- Other duties as assigned
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business preferred
- 2+ years of job-related experience
- Proficient in Office Software and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Proficient in running reports, reports analysis, and report presentations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented; ability to prioritize rapidly with strong problem-solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Intuitive to the work that needs to be done to ensure successful completion of a task, project
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Some travel may be required
