  What You’ll Do :
As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations while delivering excellent customer service and driving property performance. Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site team members.
• Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
• Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community’s operating budget.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations.
• Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Partnering with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long-term planning.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
• Experience with property management software ( Entrata , Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
