The Role:

Ready to be the face of the community? As a Leasing Associate, you'll spark first impressions, champion the resident experience, and drive the energy behind our leasing goals. You'll bring the story of each property to life for every prospect who walks through the door — and turn that first tour into a place someone's proud to call home.

What You'll Do:

• Own the leasing journey — tour prospects, follow up with purpose, and drive outreach that fills homes
• Make every call count — schedule tours seamlessly by phone, email, or text
• Sell the lifestyle — spotlight what makes the community and each apartment home irresistible
• Build lasting connections — cultivate relationships with residents that turn into renewals and referrals
• Communicate with polish — deliver fast, professional responses to prospects, residents, vendors, and teammates
• Stay market-savvy — track competitor pricing, occupancy, and leasing trends weekly
• Be the go-to expert — own property and market knowledge and lead all marketing touchpoints
• Report on the wins — provide daily updates on progress toward sales goals
• Keep it sharp online — audit the website and ILS listings so every detail shines
• Get the details right — review applications, leases, renewals, and paperwork for accuracy
• Roll out the welcome mat — prepare welcome letters, lease documents, and all move-in paperwork
• Walk the property with pride — inspect grounds, common areas, models, and vacant units daily
• Keep it airtight — maintain documentation per company policy

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, climb stairs, walk community grounds, and lift up to 15 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $20-23/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity. 
• This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of leasing experience, luxury property preferred
• Prior customer service and sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Applicable state licensing/certification, if required
