The Role
- Full-time Veterinarian delivering high-quality, preventive-first care with a strong focus on client education
- Provide wellness and sick patient services, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgeries
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and practice leadership to drive medical standards and exceptional client service
- Interpret diagnostics (in-house lab, digital and dental radiography) and formulate treatment plans efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture; mentor support staff and help refine hospital protocols
- Comfortable schedule built around standard daytime hours with shared weekend rotations
- See dogs and cats; interest in small exotic pets is welcome

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to preventive care, dentistry, and routine surgery
- Willingness to participate in shared weekend coverage; experience with small exotics is a plus
