- End Date: 11/30/2026 (with possibility to extend)
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (last patient at 4:15 pm)
- Hours/Week: 40 hours per week (two weeks per month)
- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certs: IL State License (or willing to license), BLS, DEA
- Experience: 1+ year in endocrinology preferred
- Pay Rate: $253.50 per hour

- Provide expert outpatient endocrine care for adult and geriatric patients
- Manage conditions such as hyper/hypothyroidism, Graves' disease, thyroid nodules, pituitary disorders, and diabetes
- Perform FNA procedures when needed
- Collaborate with support staff including RN, diabetes educator, dietitian, and APP
- Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
- Support ongoing clinic needs with a flexible schedule
- Maintain compliance with all licensure and procedural guidelines
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology
- Illinois medical license or willingness to expedite licensing process
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of endocrinology experience recommended
- Ability to support ongoing scheduling needs starting in August 2026
- Strong clinical skills in managing endocrine disorders and performing procedures
