Remote Customer Solutions Specialist

Working remotely, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will assist customers by analyzing situations, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring they have up-to-date information about their orders while collaborating with various departments. Key responsibilities Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions using best practices Ensure customers receive complete and accurate information regarding their orders Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs and maintain relationships during escalated situations Required qualifications Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload Legal residency in specified states No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
