Minnesota Licensed Care Manager

Gathering and reviewing requirements for claimant and provider eligibility, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Care Manager will assess medical records, conduct phone assessments, and communicate benefit determinations in a supportive role within the insurance industry. Key responsibilities Assess claimant eligibility by reviewing medical records and conducting phone assessments Determine legitimacy and eligibility of service providers through credential verification and assessments Assist claimants with modifications to their care plans and monitor claims processing reports Required qualifications Current Minnesota RN or LSW license Experience in health care or insurance claims management Knowledge of medical records and eligibility assessment processes Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms Familiarity with state-specific regulations related to health care services
