About the Role: Weber Shandwick is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Analyst to join our Analytics & AI team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will support research, social listening, campaign measurement, and reporting across client programs in sectors such as technology, healthcare, and government. You will help turn data into clear findings that inform communications strategy, while building fluency in analytics tools, data visualization, and emerging AI-enabled approaches to insight generation.

Reporting to the Manager of Analytics and working closely with other analysts and integrated account teams, you will contribute to day-to-day data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality control. This is a hands-on role for someone who is excited to learn, comfortable working with data, and eager to understand how AI can help teams work smarter and uncover stronger insights. This position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid schedule.

What You'll Bring

Basic Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant internship or full-time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, communications research, campaign measurement, or a related field.
• Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic cleaning, organization, QA, and analysis.
• Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Domo, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social listening, digital analytics, or performance analytics platforms such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Quid, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize information from first-party and third-party sources and communicate findings clearly in written and visual formats.
• Interest in communications, public affairs, technology, healthcare, or federal agency work; federal government experience or familiarity is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000 USD - $70,000 USD
