Head of Technology, AI Operations and Observability (US) (Mount Laurel Township)

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Technology AI Operations And Observability (us) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for Observability, AIOps, SRE, and incident intelligence
• Lead global teams for operational visibility and resilience
• Drive transformation to predictive, AI-assisted operations
• Partner with engineering and platform teams on observability integration
• Build trusted partnerships across engineering and infrastructure functions
• Establish governance for AI-enabled operational workflows
• Enhance reliability and reduce outages in critical platforms

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
• 15+ years of development and technology delivery experience
• Strong experience with APM, operational automation, and reporting platforms
• Proficient in tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, and PagerDuty
• Demonstrated leadership in influencing senior stakeholders and managing ambiguity
