Position Bilingual Leasing Agent Location Tampa, FL Pay $21/hour Type Full-time; Temporary-to-Permanent Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Greet and assist prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish. Conduct property tours and promote community amenities. Process rental applications and lease agreements. Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements. Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Enter leasing activity and resident information into the property's management software. Assist with resident retention and lease renewals. Support the property management team with daily office operations. Position Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Previous apartment leasing experience required. Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience is required. Experience using a property management software system (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan, Knock, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the property.
