Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join a high-volume finance team. This person will be assigned to a dedicated portfolio of vendor accounts and will serve as the primary point of contact for those relationships. Responsibilities Manage a designated portfolio of vendor accounts and maintain those relationships end-to-end Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Communicate proactively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments as needed Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) — required 3+ years of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable with technology and able to navigate multiple systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
