Minimum Pay

USD $20.67/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $22.60/Hr.

What You'll Do

• Reviews vendor invoices and management check requests – matches vendor invoices with supporting documents

• Codes invoices and check requests with proper account distribution

• Enters vendor invoices and check requests into the system to set up payment

• Generates unpaid register for review by management

• Prepares and processes accounts payable checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments based on management’s selection from the unpaid register

• Reconciles vendor accounts as needed

• Carries out payables analysis and other reporting activities as requested and according to specific deadlines

• Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date

• Resolved invoice discrepancies

• Maintains unpaid and paid vendor files

• Corresponds with vendors and responds to inquiries

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience is required

• Must have knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures

• Must be proficient with MS Office software (particularly MS Excel) and be familiar with Peachtree

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

• Must be able to troubleshoot

• Must be able to handle confident information in a secure manner
