Hourly Wage $19.43 Position Summary The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) located at Martinsburg, WV VA Medical Center is seeking Retail Associates to provide exceptional service in our cafes and retail markets. Duties Assists customer in locating products & provides detailed information to enhance their shopping experience. Handles sales transactions efficiently using a cash register, ensuring accuracy & customer satisfaction. Restocks merchandise and ensures products are properly labeled for display. Maintains a clean & organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant & efficient shopping experience. Performs other duties as assigned.
