Finance Administrator

Location: Sherman Oaks, CA Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to strategic financial planning. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals combined with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, ACH processing, and banking operations, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Banking & Accounting Operations Manage onboarding and setup of new agents, ensuring accuracy of financial documentation Maintain financial system data, including commission structures, fees, and A/R setup Process and reconcile escrow commissions and agent invoicing Handle credit card transactions and follow up on declined payments Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Execute ACH transactions and support wire transfer processing Manage company billing, vendor payments, and cost allocation Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting across multiple locations Prepare month‑end reports, MTD tracking, and financial projections Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting deliverables Generate ad hoc reports for leadership Operations & Administration Process inbound and outbound referral payments Provide high‑level customer service support for financial inquiries Support process improvements and finance‑related initiatives Collaborate closely with finance leadership on operational projects Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or finance administration experience Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes, ACH, and banking operations Experience with wire transfers, reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
