About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to be the backbone of our daily IT operations. In this exciting role, you will handle everything from hands-on hardware preparation and inventory control to providing top-tier support for our end users. Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to: Hardware Deployment: Image, configure, and prepare laptops and tablets for deployment, ensuring all team members have the tools they need to succeed. Inventory & Logistics: Assist with receiving incoming equipment, managing physical inventory, and maintaining organized and clean IT storage spaces, contributing to efficient resource management. End-User Support: Maintain a high level of customer service, utilizing both your technical troubleshooting and strong soft skills to assist team members with their IT needs, fostering a productive work environment. Ticket Management & Documentation: Document all incoming technical issues thoroughly and route/escalate them to the appropriate IT specialty teams as needed, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Team Collaboration: Follow direction from leadership to execute daily priorities and adapt to shifting business needs, contributing to a cohesive and responsive IT support function. Qualifications (Must-Have) We are looking for a candidate who brings a mix of technical capability and stellar communication skills: 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating technical jargon for non-technical users. Ability to assist with moving and organizing IT equipment. Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) These qualifications will set you apart: CompTIA A+ certification. Prior experience in a call center or phone support environment. Work Schedule Shift: Standard 8-hour shift scheduled within the window of 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility: Occasional overtime may be required based on business demands. Occasional evening shifts may be required (advance notice will always be provided).
