Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise identity and access management (IAM) solutions within a secure mission environment. This role is responsible for maintaining identity platforms, supporting application and database infrastructure, implementing configuration changes, and ensuring the availability, security, and integrity of enterprise identity services. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft identity technologies, Active Directory, SQL Server, and modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, while working in cloud and hybrid enterprise environments. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support enterprise identity and access management (IAM) solutions Manage Microsoft identity technologies, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) Perform operating system, database, and application patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities Implement system configuration changes while ensuring compliance with enterprise security and change management processes Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, database, and identity management issues to restore services and minimize downtime Maintain data integrity and support secure data movement across enterprise identity platforms Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries supporting identity management applications Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimization Troubleshoot SQL Server services and perform database recovery activities when required Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or PowerSyncPro Support cloud-based identity services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or hybrid cloud environments Collaborate with system administrators, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and application owners to maintain secure and reliable identity services Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configuration documentation Support system modernization initiatives and continuous improvements to enterprise identity infrastructure Qualifications Experience supporting Microsoft Identity Management solutions Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Experience performing operating system, application, and database patching and maintenance Experience implementing configuration changes and supporting enterprise change management processes Qualifications Experience troubleshooting and restoring enterprise systems and services Experience maintaining data integrity and supporting secure enterprise data flows Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server, including patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph Must be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this posting Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or PowerSyncPro Experience supporting modern cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience supporting enterprise identity solutions within secure government or Intelligence Community environments Experience with hybrid cloud identity architectures Familiarity with enterprise security best practices and identity lifecycle management Experience supporting highly available enterprise identity platforms #CJ Fantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
