Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Juneau , AK Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive, one-time C&P exams and separation health assessments. Conduct physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Demonstrate proficiency in METs testing and the evaluation and diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Complete medical reports and administrative follow-up, including addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics. Ensure all electronic documentation is completed using a personal laptop (non-Apple/Mac products required). Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full medical license is required. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or a strong background in General Medicine. AANP certification is required. Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (client does not reimburse for certifications or portal training). Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products permitted). A current CV listing your home address is required for presentation. A Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required. If you attended medical school outside of the United States, a copy of your ECFMG certificate is required. For providers using their own office: Must provide specific facility photos including clinic signage, handicap parking, wheelchair-accessible entrances, exam rooms with tables and protective paper, and accessible restrooms. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for shifts 5 hours or longer. Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts 4 hours or less. Training Bonus: A one-time bonus of $650 upon completing all required training and performing your first exams. Rates are inclusive of travel and administrative follow-up work.
