Customer Program Manager – Component Repair Services Aviation | Engine MRO | Customer Program Management | Aerospace Harper Fox Partners has been exclusively engaged to appoint a Customer Program Manager – Component Repair Services on behalf of a global leader in aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services. As the organisation continues to invest in its global customer programmes and aftermarket capabilities, this appointment will play a pivotal role in managing some of its most strategic customer relationships across engine component MRO and new-make programmes. This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced aviation professional to lead complex customer programmes, working cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence, maximise contract performance and build long-term customer partnerships. The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational and financial performance of key customer accounts, ensuring contractual commitments are achieved whilst identifying opportunities for business growth, operational improvement and increased profitability. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary commercial and operational lead for strategic customer programmes. Building trusted relationships with customers whilst delivering exceptional service and programme performance. Driving cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Customer Service. Managing programme KPIs, financial performance and margin improvement initiatives. Supporting contract negotiations, renewals, amendments and new business opportunities. Leading complex turnaround projects and coordinating programme execution across multiple stakeholders. Supporting annual operating planning, forecasting and business performance reporting. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and programme profitability. We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who bring: 10+ years' experience within the aviation industry, ideally across MRO, OEM or engine aftermarket services. Previous experience in customer programme management, business development, operations or strategic account management. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage financial performance and deliver customer-focused solutions. Experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes from initiation through to successful delivery. A strong understanding of aircraft engine systems, repair processes and maintenance workflows. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills. A proactive, commercially driven and customer-centric approach.
