Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while adhering to a standard workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify individualized care needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing both individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges associated with aging, including anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Developing and delivering educational workshops for families and caregivers, highlighting effective strategies to enhance emotional well-being and quality of life for elderly individuals.

• Facilitating grief and loss counseling sessions for residents and their families navigating end-of-life issues, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
