ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trifunovic Insurance and Financial Services - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.


How You Will Make an Impact

Guide Our Clients: Assist with policy changes and inquiries, ensuring their coverage evolves as their lives change (like buying a car or starting a business).

Be the Calm in the Storm: Process insurance claims with empathy and urgency, guiding clients through stressful situations.

Educate & Protect: Proactively market relevant products and services. Please note: Sales plays a major role in this position, focused on empowering clients to protect what they love.

Manage Relationships: Maintain accurate, detailed client records so we never miss a beat when they need us.

Collaborate for Success: Act as the vital liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating with underwriters for timely policy issuance.

Compensación: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
