Overview Project Superintendent – Lead Commercial Construction – Owen-Ames-Kimball Location: Castle Rock, CO. Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (based on experience). Job/Employment Type: Full Time. Project Scope: Commercial Construction. Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required. Responsibilities Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to ensure project milestones are met on schedule. Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure and professional job site environment. Coordinate daily logistics and material deliveries to prevent production bottlenecks or project delays. Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications to ensure field installations align with design intent. Resolve technical field issues and conflicts through proactive problem-solving and clear communication with project managers. Document daily progress, site conditions, and manpower usage to provide transparent reporting to all stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Experience Must have 5 years of Commercial GC construction experience. High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated experience leading field operations for commercial construction projects. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Proven track record of managing subcontractors and maintaining strict project timelines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site compliance. Proficiency with digital construction management tools and daily reporting software. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to mentor junior field staff and lead by example.
