What you'll do as: Maintenance Worker for Apartment Complex

Work Order Requests management

Preventative maintenance skills

Painting and fixture replacement abilities

Groundskeeping experience

On call emergency response to things such as lockouts and burst pipes

Background requirements must be met. Must have clean driving and criminal record.

Skills and Experience:

Required:
Experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.
Must live within 15 minutes of Batesville, Arkansas
