Service Manager

Job Overview As Service Manager at Trek Store in Palm Springs, you will lead all operations in the store’s Service Center and ultimately manage workflow, staffing, KPIs, and customer experience. Responsibilities Serve as the operations lead for the store’s Service Center. Own all decisions related to workflow, staffing, and key performance indicators. Act as the primary service advisor, integrating the sales and service experience. Train and develop the service team and hold them accountable for delivering Trek’s signature hospitality. Engage with customers to recommend the right service at the right time. Manage and control service costs while keeping service orders organized. Maintain a clean and efficient department and lead the build and delivery of bikes to the sales floor and customers. Analyze service reports to identify efficiencies and anticipate the shop’s needs. Qualifications 3+ years of bicycle service center experience. A positive, pitch‑right‑in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need. Exceptional hospitality: a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can. Great leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop future leaders. Strong planning skills to stay ahead of the shop’s needs. A commitment to delivering the best possible experience for every customer. An active learning engine with a willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI. A proactive approach to staying up to date on industry changes and trends.
