About the Role

We're looking for a PMO & Change Management Lead to build and scale a program management office from the ground up while driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Head of IPP and senior leadership to establish governance, enable execution across a complex portfolio, and ensure successful adoption of strategic changes across the organization.

What You'll Do

Build and Lead the PMO

• Design and launch a scalable PMO framework, including intake, prioritization, planning standards, and execution tracking
• Oversee a portfolio of 40+ initiatives, maintaining integrated plans, milestones, and dependency maps
• Establish governance rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to drive transparency and accountability
• Create clear decision-making frameworks (RACI) across leadership and initiative owners
• Deliver executive dashboards and reporting that translate program status into actionable insights
• Identify and manage cross-program risks, dependencies, and escalation paths

Drive Portfolio Execution

• Lead strategic program delivery across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Ensure alignment between initiative execution and organizational priorities
• Enable structured coordination across stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Lead Change Management

• Develop and execute change strategies to support technology, process, and operating model transformations
• Assess stakeholder impact, adoption risks, and organizational readiness
• Design communication plans to drive awareness, engagement, and alignment
• Partner with leadership to align training and capability-building with transformation milestones
• Establish feedback loops and adoption metrics to measure success and continuously improve

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management and/or change management
• 5+ years in a leadership, senior advisory, or PMO leadership role
• Experience building or scaling a PMO in a regulated environment (e.g., audit, risk, compliance, financial services)
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with 20+ concurrent initiatives
• Experience driving change for technology and operating model transformations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with internal audit functions or regulatory frameworks (e.g., IIA standards, QAIP)
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Coda
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter)
• Data-driven mindset with experience building KPIs and adoption metrics
• Advanced degree in a related field
