The Talent Acquisition Manger is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Talent Acquisition processes, reporting, and analytics across global operations. This role ensures that hiring is efficient, standardized, and data-driven by establishing scalable workflows, improving visibility into performance, and reducing manual effort across the recruitment lifecycle. The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Operations, and Marketing to align hiring activity with business demand, improve speed to hire, and enable sustainable workforce growth. DESCRIPTION
- Design, implement, and maintain standardized Talent Acquisition processes and workflows across regions.
- Establish consistency in hiring practices, intake processes, and execution across the organization.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in recruitment processes and implement solutions to improve operational performance.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Provide visibility into the hiring pipeline, recruiter productivity, and overall funnel performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce administrative workload.
- Partner with internal teams to implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.
- Partner with Workforce Management to align hiring plans with forecasted demand.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure hiring supports business priorities and timelines.
- Work with Marketing to align sourcing activities and campaigns with hiring needs.
- Ensure proper use and governance of Talent Acquisition systems, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Support transition and optimization of ATS and related platforms (e.g., Paybooks).
- Maintain documentation, process standards, and operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting high-volume or global hiring environments preferred
- Strong proficiency in reporting and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and operational optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Process-oriented with attention to detail and execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Increased recruiter productivity and reduced time spent on manual tasks
- Improved time to fill and hiring cycle efficiency
- Accuracy, adoption, and consistency of reporting and dashboards
- Reduction in process gaps, delays, and rework
- Alignment of hiring activity with workforce demand and business priorities
