Company: Home Improvement Provider selling and installing windows, doors, roofing, solar, fencing HVAC, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and water treatment.

Position: Canvassing Manager- If you have experience leading canvassers, driving team performance, and delivering results, this role offers strong earning potential, career advancement, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
✅ Earn $125,000 to $250,000
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + commissions + overrides + performance bonuses

Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, train, and coach canvassing team members
- Manage territories and daily mapping assignments
- Develop effective neighborhood outreach strategies
- Track team performance and key performance metrics
- Lead team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
- Build a culture of accountability, growth, and success
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in canvassing
- Experience in Home Improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills
- Results-driven and highly motivated leadership style
