Hotel General Manager - Relo the Highlands NC

This position is in the Highlands, NC area We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure in full‑service or resort hotels. We seek a hands‑on leader and team builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations. Hotel General Manager Responsibilities Train, lead, mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable guest experience Oversee and manage overall operations of the hotel, including but not limited to front office, sales, food & beverage, housekeeping, and engineering Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals Serve as the brand ambassador in the community Hotel General Manager Qualifications 3 to 5 years as a general manager is a must Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success Thrive in an ever‑changing & fast‑paced environment Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls Ability to analyze guest service reports and recognize market trends Possess excellent written and verbal communication Hotel General Manager Benefits Salary – $90,000 to $95,000 Bonus Health, dental & vision Short‑term disability Life insurance 401k Associate discounts Relocation assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr
