Job Description Shift Manager position at a McDonald’s corporate‑owned restaurant. Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Plan each shift and monitor performance. Take action to maintain McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager for seamless transition. Meet shift targets and support departmental goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older.
