We are on the lookout for seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to become part of our team as Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle searches from start to finish.
• Act as a client consultant, gaining insight into their hiring needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Strategically source candidates using our proprietary CRM/ATS, along with your network and communication tools.
• Utilize our platform to manage candidate relationships, track communication, streamline follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on permanent placements that yield long-term advantages for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales

• Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided)
