Your Responsibilities

• Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful closure.
• Serve as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring requirements, challenges, and company culture.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing via our unique CRM/ATS, combined with your personal network and tools including our specialized communications system.
• Utilize Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver sustainable value for clients and favorable commissions for yourself.
