Assistant Clinic Manager

Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) Location: Franklin, TN Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $25/hr base + bonus opportunities with potential for growth. Schedule/Availability: Clinic Operating Hours (including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability). Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliable commute to home clinic and periodic travel to other clinics as needed. Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions This work is performed in a retail environment and requires the ability to walk short distances and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment, including reaching, crouching, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Frequently talking and listening to clients in person and on phone. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch‑screen devices. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. About This Exciting Role Skin Laundry is growing and glowing! We have multiple new clinics opening across the U.S. We’re looking for laser‑focused Assistant Clinic Managers to lead our sales strategies and day‑to‑day management of one of our Clinics. As an ACM you’ll partner directly with the Clinic Manager to support all aspects of successful sales and retention strategies, customer‑service initiatives, and clinic operations. You will inspire and lead by example, motivate the clinic team to create an energetic and passionate experience for our clients, and effectively lead the store when the Clinic Manager is absent. Reports To: Clinic Manager Responsibilities Sales & Retention Create curated client experiences. Present and promote customized laser facials best suited for current and prospective clients’ personal skincare needs. Discuss the importance of skincare protocols and products suggested by the medical team. Establish and maintain effective client retention processes. Celebrate the success of clients' results. Financial Accountability Partner with Clinic Manager to meet and exceed revenue goals set for the clinic. Use KPIs and propose action plans to elevate client experience. Plan and operate within the approved budget. Adjust staffing levels according to policy and standards. Supporting Store Operations Success Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy among all processes and procedures within the business. Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations. Establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with computer/store systems. Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture Partner with clinic team to provide a people‑oriented, respectful & inclusive workplace of belonging. Completing employee evaluations as needed. Personnel Development Lead personnel development initiatives and provide growth opportunities for team members. About You Ideally 1–2 years of management experience in a retail environment. Comfortable with selling in a high‑volume retail clinic. Passion for accessible and inclusive skincare beauty for all skin types. Enjoy working 1:1 with clients. Proficiency in Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook. Exhibit exceptional customer service and outreach while driving the clinic to the next level.
