Multiple positions are open for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for the 2026-2027 school year, with roles spanning elementary, middle, and high school settings. These positions cover both classroom support and individualized (1:1) assignments, serving K-12 grade levels. Caseloads and preferred student ages may vary, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting
• Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required prior to your first day
• Skills in providing general care, including assistance with toileting and feeding
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to supporting students’ diverse needs
• Flexibility to work across various school levels and classroom types

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students throughout the school day, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Assist with daily care activities such as toileting, feeding, and mobility as needed
• Facilitate the inclusion of students in classroom activities under the direction of teachers and specialized staff
• Adapt to changing needs, working with both groups and individuals in K-12 settings
• Maintain a professional and supportive environment focused on student growth

Position Details:

• Contract runs August 24, 2026 to June 10, 2027
• Full-time hours: 35 per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
