Coveo Technical ExpertLocation: Radnor, PADuration: 12 MonthsWork Mode: Hybrid- 3 days in officeResponsibilities:Serve as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform, managing its integration across the company CX ecosystem.Design and implement search, recommendations, and personalization strategies.Ensure seamless connectivity with platforms like Salesforce and Contentful CMS.Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with other CX platforms to ensure unified data flow and a consistent user experience.Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations within the company composable Experience Layer.Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.Design and govern the customization of relevance tuning and machine learning models.Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis, and develop reports for search and content analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another relevant area.Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Coveo and search technologies.Proven experience in eCommerce search and recommendations, specifically within a B2B environment.Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).Preferred Skills:Familiarity with tools like Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.Professional certification in front-end framework is highly preferred.AXEL01
