Position Enterprise Project Coordinator and Resource Planner Compensation $80,000-$90,000 Location Onsite, Katy, Texas Job Description Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enterprise Project Coordinator and Resource Planner to join their team! Responsibilities Support the Enterprise PMO in coordinating projects and initiatives across the organization. Assist with budget tracking and allocation activities across multiple business units. Maintain and update resource planning spreadsheets to support project staffing and capacity planning. Coordinate with leaders and stakeholders across departments to ensure resource availability and alignment with project priorities. Track project and portfolio metrics, resource utilization, and budget‑related information. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for PMO leadership and business stakeholders. Facilitate communication between project teams and business units to ensure timely information sharing and issue resolution. Help identify resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and opportunities to improve utilization across projects. Support project governance processes, documentation, and administrative activities as needed.
