Responsibilities: Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with colleagues and supervisors Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment goals and objectives Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency initiatives Requirements: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $95 - $110 per hour Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time opportunities NO CASELOAD, allowing you to focus on patient care and professional development Opportunities for professional growth and development through training and mentorship A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr Able Minds ABA
