What You Will Do

• Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and holiday lighting with top-tier equipment and training.
• Complete "ground-game" marketing tactics including hanging door-signs, setting up road-side signs, earn customer reviews and perform other tasks to increase the visibility of the Sparkle Squad brand.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Work independently and in teams, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Take pride in wowing customers with high-quality results.
• Continuously improve through training and feedback.
