Description Housekeeper - Beaufort Hotel
The Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our Housekeeping team. Housekeepers play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest by ensuring guest rooms and hotel spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and works well as part of a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner while following hotel standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked linen cart throughout each shift
• Report maintenance concerns or room issues such as lighting, televisions, HVAC units, fixtures, or door locks
• Maintain security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies
• Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Ensure guest rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before completion
• Support overall housekeeping operations and assist team members as needed

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an entire shift
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Compensation
New associates will begin at a training wage of $13.00 - $14.00 per hour , based on experience. Following a 2-4 week training period, associates will transition to a base pay plus incentive structure, with average earnings ranging from $13.00 - $17.00 per hour , depending on individual performance and productivity.
