Administrative Project ManagerThe Administrative Project Manager supports operational and continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing, Facilities, Maintenance, Engineering, Marketing, and Office Operations. The role is responsible for coordinating projects, tracking execution, driving accountability, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.What You Will DoCoordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and action items.Drive follow-up and execution across cross-functional teams.Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.Track project status, risks, budgets, and deliverables.Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting summaries.Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.Identify and escalate operational issues and support data-driven process improvements.What You BringBachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a related role.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $21 to $31 hourly. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
