Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Greensboro, NC. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating with subcontractors, managing construction schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and reporting progress to stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities to handle multiple aspects of project execution effectively.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
Proficiency in Project Management, including delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
Demonstrated ability in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects
Exceptional Organization Skills and ability to manage timelines and priorities efficiently
Experience with regulatory compliance and maintaining safety standards
Effective communication and team leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset
Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications like OSHA or PMP are advantageous
