ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Our client is an established non-profit providing numerous services to the community
- Work where you know what you're doing makes a real difference in peoples' lives
- Contribute with your keen eye for detail as the HR Specialist
- Location is conveniently close to multiple major highways for quick commute
- The HR Specialist will spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts;
- The HR Specialist will post jobs, review resumes and schedule applicants, and perform reference checks
- Maintaining the ATS will be a focus of this role, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date
- Coordinate preemployment drug screens and background checks
- Support other HR functions, as needed
- The HR Specialist must have experience with all aspects of recruiting and using an ATS
- A "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for people is a must for this role
- Experience with Paycor is a plus but not a must
Salary is $50-$55k DOE . This is an in-office position. EB-2118451546
