No weekends or evenings -- Monday thru Friday Paid holidays and paid time off Rapidly growing team with opportunities for advancement Competitive compensation Benefits package Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for: This position is a customer service and clerical support position Performing duties that prepare the patient for office appointments and endoscopy procedures This position is primarily responsible for scheduling and registration of patients for office visits, endoscopy procedures and schedules hospital procedures Prepares patient registration and procedure preparation paperwork; greets, assists and checks in patients for appointments and procedures Answers multiple telephone lines, screens calls and forwards as needed, returns voice messages Schedules and reschedules appointments and procedures Coordinates hospital procedures and records with hospital staff Stocks clerical supplies; balances cash drawer/till Collects registration data and completes logs Completes insurance benefits authorization and insurance/other data entry in the medical record.
