Test Manager (Migration & Enterprise Testing) Chicago, IL | 6 - 8 years of experience Job Description Seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead migration programs, end-to-end testing, and governance-driven delivery, ensuring strong coordination, automation, and stakeholder sign-off. Key Responsibilities Migration & E2E Testing Lead testing for large-scale migration/upgrade programs Define end-to-end test scope across systems and integrations Ensure full business validation across environments Focus on E2E scope and traceability Coordination & Sign-Off Drive UAT readiness and formal sign-offs Conduct defect triage and escalation management Sign-off governance is mandatory in NT testing process Create test strategy, test plan, and schedules Perform effort estimation and resource planning Define entry/exit criteria and risk mitigation Planning and estimation are core artifacts Automation Drive automation strategy and regression coverage Automation is a key component of enterprise test strategy Status Reporting Provide daily, weekly, and milestone updates Track metrics, defects, and risks Structured reporting and communication is expected Manage critical timelines and dependencies Identify and mitigate migration and environment risks Required Experience 10+ years in Test Management (Banking/FS preferred) Strong experience in migration testing and E2E coordination Expertise in automation and governance processes Strong stakeholder and communication skills Ability to manage high-pressure timelines Ownership-driven with strong stakeholder management #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services Limited
