Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (San Jose, CA)

A biopharmaceutical company seeks a field-based specialty account manager for long-term care in San Jose to drive product adoption and commercial execution within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building stakeholder relationships and executing marketing strategies to support product launches in CNS conditions.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption across long-term care facilities in assigned territory
- Conduct virtual and in-person engagements with LTC care teams and key stakeholders
- Build relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
- Execute marketing strategies to support product launches and market positioning
- Assess local marketplace trends and competitive landscape for account planning
Requirements
- Expertise in long-term care market dynamics and stakeholder landscape
- Experience with both virtual and in-person customer engagement strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse healthcare teams
- Knowledge of psychiatry, neurology, or related CNS therapeutic areas
- Territory-level sales and account management experience
