What You’ll Get

• $15–$17/hr (based on experience)

• Quarterly performance bonuses and referral bonuses for quality hires or client leads

• Flexible hours — mostly late afternoon & evening work, but possibility of daytime work

• Cleaning a mix of professional buildings — offices, schools, medical clinics, banks, and more

• Taking pride in spotless floors, streak-free glass, and tidy restrooms

• Following our simple, proven training system to make sure every job meets our high standards

• Working solo or alongside a small, reliable crew depending on the location
