Executive Associate, Patient Safety

Executive Associate supporting senior leaders within Patient Safety at Bristol Myers Squibb. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative operations across New Jersey locations, reporting to the Business Capabilities & Excellence organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar, priorities, and action planning for assigned senior Patient Safety leaders
• Coordinate high-level leadership meetings, team events, and site activities including logistics and technology
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel and support itinerary modifications
• Process Workday requisitions and administrative transactions; maintain accurate records and files
• Interface with senior executives and stakeholders; handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

• High school diploma; some college or advanced technical training preferred
• 5-7 years progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior executives
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent relationship management, discretion, and professionalism with confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, virtual meeting tools, and company business systems
• Problem-solving ability and technical aptitude for learning business operations tools

Compensation: $74,630 - $90,434
