Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Priority Physicians

Prescriptions refills, primarily Suboxone
Will need to be to also write prescriptions non-controlled medications
Mon-Fri
Prefer to be available noon-4pm
5-6 patients per day
Less than 5 minutes per refill
Prefer to be able to onboard quickly
Need IL license and have DEA
need to be enrolled in Medicaid
most important is to have great bedside manner. This role requires a compassionate, dedicated professional who will serve a vital role in addressing patients' needs and supporting them throughout their recovery journey.
